- where it happened, in the app or Read Online, and the device or browser involved;
- the app version shown in TestFlight or the App Store;
- the book, chapter, verse, and selected word involved;
- what you expected and what happened;
- whether it also happens in airplane mode; and
- whether English, Hebrew or Greek, Phonetic, Regular or Large text, and the green or cream background was active.

Do I need an account?
No. The Hebrew does not require or offer an account.
Does the app require a purchase, subscription, or account?
No. The app is provided for educational use by My Spirit Led Life, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit foundation. No purchase, subscription, in-app purchase, or account is required.
What is in the latest reading edition?
The approved edition has 16 books and 560 chapters: Beresheet (Genesis), Shemot (Exodus), Wayiqra (Leviticus), Bemidbar (Numbers), Debarim (Deuteronomy), Yahushua (Joshua), Shophetim (Judges), Shamuel Aleph (1 Samuel), Shamuel Bet (2 Samuel), Tehillim (Psalms), Shir HaShirim (Song of Solomon), Yeshayahu (Isaiah), Yohanan (John), Ya’aqob (James), Yahudah (Jude), and Revelation. Read Online includes the approved text and the latest approved Hebrew definitions.
Which edition is in the newest app update?
App version 1.41.0 includes the 16-book, 560-chapter collection, including Shamuel Bet (2 Samuel). Apple controls when an app update becomes available in the App Store. Read Online receives approved text and word-definition updates independently of app releases.
How do I see the latest approved text and word definitions?
Use Read Online to open the 16-book edition in your browser. Select a Hebrew word to see its definition and available prefix and suffix meanings. Greek words with approved glossary entries can also be opened for study. The online edition can be refreshed independently of the installed app.
Can I use the app in airplane mode?
Yes. Bundled Scripture, Hebrew and Greek source text, available phonetics, offline search, word-study material, copying, and Fact Sheets remain available without a connection.
How do the word tools work?
Tap an available Hebrew or Greek word to open its study entry. Depending on the word, the entry may show phonetics, a root or lemma, morphology, prefixes or suffixes, definitions, Strong’s references, and the app’s English rendering.
Where are my reading position and preferences saved?
Reading position and preferences are stored locally on the device. They are not sent automatically to the provider.
Can I edit the official translation?
No. The built-in Karaite Messianic Translation is read only. Readers can study and copy the text.
How do I report a translation or source concern?
Include the book, chapter, verse, selected word, and a concise explanation. If possible, identify the exact source evidence involved.
Support privacy
Support email is voluntary and is used only to investigate and respond to the request. It is not used for advertising or added to a marketing list.
To request deletion of a resolved support conversation, write from the same email address. Review the support-email privacy terms.
